| Pacific Rainbow is a score from the new L. series. This arrangement
and 7 more have been rewritten, using original phrasing, rhythm
patterns and general feel. High trumpet parts have been lowered, jazz
solos are suggested, piano and bass parts are written out, using chord
symbols on top. This makes it possible for non-professional or school
bands to play these arrangements. A very valuable help is a play
along type CD to each of these scores. A complete big band
version of the arrangement and various takes with/without jazz solo,
1st alto, 1st trumpet, 1st trombone, guitar, piano, bass, drums, makes
it possible for sections or individual players to practise separately
thus making rehearsal time with entire orchestra faster. |
